Situated just a few minutes from junctions 24 and 25 on the M4, we are able to react swiftly to calls for assistance across a wide area of South Wales and stretching beyond both Severn Bridges into England.

Fully Accredited and Trained

We are fully accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 incorporating PAS 43, the nationally recognised safe working standard for the industry.

We take great care to ensure that our customers vehicles receive the individual attnetion that every vehicle owner desires when an emergency or breakdown occurs. All vehicle recovery technicians are subject to continual on-going training and are full competent and certified in ADR, First Aid, Safe Working Practices and Vehicle Recovery, including winching, Use of Cranes and Transportation.

Our Facilities and Customer Reception Area

We have recently undertaken extensive constuction to provide a new customer reception area, waiting area with refreshment facilities, and a toddler and baby section to cater for parents with young children.

Our facilities incorporate an accident repair bodyshop, vehicle servicing, and the provision of courtesy cars. We are able to store in excess of 100 vehicles internally and an additional 150 vehicles in our secure external compund. The premises and compound are fully alarmed and supported by a recently updated CCTV system.
